In this two day course you will expand on your understanding of Simply Stones’ application of hot and cold temperatures to the body with the foundation of LaStone which is energy work and ceremony through the dance of the stones being applied to the bodies Chakra system; there will be more discussion and hands on experience with alternating temperatures and how you choose to use these various temperatures of the stones in combination with energy balancing techniques.

The two day course of Simply Stones and the two day course of Simply Stones Extended will take you to the same level of education that our Original Body course does in four days. The option of studying Simply Stones and then Simply Stones Extended is you can take them in two day courses; whereas Original Body Course is four full days.

 Everyone who completes a workshop with LST will receive
a certificate of accomplishment for that particular course
LaStone certifications are LST, ALST, MLST, MLSTI

All instructors are willing to travel to your site.

If you are pregnant or think you are pregnant we regret that you cannot attend the Simply Stones Extended workshop until after delivery. This is due to the fact that you cannot participate fully in the hands on portion of the workshop. It is also known that aromatherapy, smudging, and body temperature changes can cause complications during pregnancy.
